Our soft tonneau cover range comprises of the following tonneau cover designs:
Clip On style tonneau covers are attached to the vehicle via sewn in plastic extrusions that clip on to the vehicle via extruded aluminium profiles that are in turn riveted to the inside of the tub. This method of attachment avoids the need for any drilling on the outside surface of the tub body. The ‘Pull Tabs’ that are attached to the tonneau cover ensure that it can be quickly fitted or removed from the vehicle when required. It should be noted that by attaching the cover directly onto the aluminium profiles you get an appealing low profile appearance which tends to accentuate the look of your vehicle.
Bunji style covers are attached to the vehicle via individual bunji loops. The bunji loops are attached by hooking them over small plastic buttons that have been attached to the outside of the Ute body or Tray. This method of attachment allows you far more flexibility when you need to carry goods that are over size and may protrude from the back of your Ute or are sitting up too high. By not fastening one or more of the bunji loops oversized or over height goods such as plant and equipment can be easily carried.
Rope style tonneau covers are attached to the vehicle via a continuous piece of bunji cord that is hooked over buttons attached to the Ute body or tray in a zig zag pattern. By using a continuous cord you have even more flexibility when carrying oversized loads as you can choose to not attach the bunji cord to each alternate button.
Tray covers are attached to the vehicle via a continuous piece of bunji cord that is hooked over buttons that have been riveted to the outside of the tray. The continuous rope gives you even more flexibility when attaching your tray cover as alternate buttons can be missed out so that you can carry over sized loads.
